For Kylie's 7th birthday party she wanted to have a Hip-Hop Birthday party. She came up with this theme because she wanted to invite boys to her party. It was such a blast. The kids learned a routine, they played freeze dance, they had a boys vs girls dance off, got tattoos and make up and danced some more. It was a great way to celebrate her turning 7.
