Breakfast with Santa

Mom, I know the Santa at the mall is not real.. (kylie says)
What do you mean (mom says)
The real Santa is at Hershey, not at the mall, they are fakers.... (kylie)
Last year we went to the Hershey Hotel for a Breakfast with Santa package. We had such a blast the girls have been begging to go back so we made it our little getaway in December. This year we made a whole weekend of it and Friday went to see a Chocolate Dinner Show which was a blast, we went swimming, we did Chocolate World, went swimming again and we were all set to go to Christmas Candy Lane but the weather threw us a curve ball. As we were getting ready to go we looked outside and it was snowing. We thought that would be so neat to go in the snow, but it wasn't the nice fluffy pretty white snow. It was the wet, damp, snow. The roads were icing and the shuttle bus from the hotel couldn't get back, so we said forget it and stayed in and went swimming all night. It was neat to see the snow outside as we were swimming (the indoor pool is surrounded by glass). The next morning was breakfast with Santa and the girls were so excited. We got there and the elf helpers told the girls to make their lists and they both started. Kylie ran out of room and started putting her items on the side (she writes really big). Karly stuck to her 7 things. We had a great breakfast, complete with the same guy from last year who comes around and sings songs. When it was our turn, the girls waited in line holding for dear life to their lists. Mrs. Claus read over them first and Kylie shook in delight. Than they both ran to Santa (no more days of crying on his lap). He read each item on the list and gave them a stuffed animal. They were so excited. It was a great breakfast and a great time. I would recommend it to anyone.

Seeing Santa puts us in a great mood - he rocks!
